– Promotion of the IF’s Investment and/or Ancillary Services;
– Attraction of clients or prospective clients;
– Placement of Financial Instruments; or/and provision of advice to clients or prospective clients in respect of Company`s financial instruments or services


– Qualified personnel with relevant knowledge, experience and good English;
– Registered office in an EU member state;
